The Low FODMAP diet: Monash University is a wonderful, evidence-based website that offers accurate information about the low FODMAP diet. It offers articles, recipes, and information on the diet and how to use it.

Everyday FODMAP: This website is overflowing with helpful resources for anyone following or considering a low-FODMAP diet. It includes recipes, articles, and support from FODMAP-trained dietitians.

DASH diet: This is a link to the NIH website that provides specifics on the DASH diet, recipes, and sample meal plans.

Plant-based diet: Dr. Gregor's website, Nutritionfacts.org, is a fantastic place to learn more about eating plant-based and nutrition in general. He includes many free articles and videos on almost every topic.

Plant-based diet: Forks over Knives is another great website for learning about plant-based eating and finding great recipes. They also have a phone app with tons of recipes.

Plant-based diet: One last website for learning about plant-based eating and finding fantastic recipes is T. Colin Campbell's website at the Center for Nutrition Studies. I really love the recipes on this site and there are also cooking courses and nutrition certifications offered.
